Terramaster mobile can't find the NAS

Terramaster mobile can't find the NAS

Hi every body.

I've installed the Terramaster mobile app on my tablet and phone ( android ) and neither the tablet neither the mobile can detect the nas. They all are on the same lan. I already tray to connect both manually but it didn't work.
Any ideas of what is happening?

NAS F2- 423
TOS 5.1.29-00343
TNAS MOBILE 2.4.20
ANDORID 12 on both devices.
