I had Plex working on my F2-221 (latest TOS installed April 2023).
I had to physically move the NAS drive and now Plex won't open. The NAS is plugged directly into my router and I can access it.
When I click on Plex a new tab opens and it immediately says the IP address and "This site can't be reached".
I have reset the NAS to factory settings and reinstalled Plex with the same result.
I have looked at other issues on here and found a note to rename the Plex folder, but I can't see it - and it doesn't appear when I search for it.
Can anyone help?
Plex: This site can’t be reached
Re: Plex: This site can’t be reached
Hi,
What is the TOS vesrion on your F2-221?
Usually you can see the Library files under /User/Plex/ or /Plex on TOS File Manager.
It may be that the library file is polluted, please try to delete /User/Plex/ or /Plex (make sure you don't put data in it).
There may be a file system error with the library file. Please refer to the following guides to fix it:
