Can no longer access TOS Webadmin/Services

Hello
I have a F4-423.
This morning I tried to add a camera to surveillance station and the unit became unresponsive.
I ended up power cycling the unit and now I cannot access the webadmin page.
TNAS PC can see the unit but does not have the button to go to webadmin.
None of the services are working either (Plex, FTP, VM).
The unit shows up in the router but I cannot ping it.
After the reboot I received an email saying the certificate had expired but I don't think that should cause this.
Anyone have an idea on how I can restore functionality?
I am willing to do a reset of the unit but would obviously like to keep my data.
