When you click on the settings of Terra Photos, you will see which folder is your private folder, and which folder is your public folder now. you just need to upload your photos to these folders and enable the "media index" on Control panel on your TOS, then you can have your photos show in the app after the media index complete.

Can you see these directories? you just need to upload your photos to these directories via file services.

No.
I rebooted the TNAS.
If i go into "App Center" and select "Terra Photos" it is disabled. If i try to enable it gives "Operation Failed"
This is the same sympton i had last night. This morning it was enabled but it seems that it might be misleading.
I believe the service does not start correctly for some reason.
I can launch the page of Terra Photo but i can't do nothing on it.

Same thing. Uninstalled, rebooted (there were some "terra photos" processes defunct). Installed
After installation it shows disabled. Trying to enable it gives "Operation Failed".

Had the same issue. It took about an hour for the NAS to come back up after the update. I am assuming that it was re-syncing the RAID or something. That was on a 2*4Tb system, so that could take even longer on larger installations.
the media index is actually enabled by default. we need to look into it if the same thing happens again.
