After today's update I can confirm, that tnas online still doesn't recognise my NAS, despite changing the server from global to China to Europe etc. What is happening with this rollout?

I'm trying to make media index but it always stops at 4942 files. It has been like this for at least 3 latest versions of tos5. I have tos 5.0.126, boot version 5.6.5 and f-220. Is there somethimg that can i do or is it a bug?

Please try to re-enable TNAS.online and select Global.
Check whether the ID status is successfully registered.
If you still can't access it, can you send us your TNAS ID privately? We will verify if the registration was successful?

Issue with the install on my T5-221 was previously upto date on the 4.x firmware.

Followed steps on installing new TNAS, installing the package (TOS_X642.0_5.0.125_00162_2206241804) from default factory settings etc.

Now stuck at

http://192.168.0.96:8181/ has the message "Loading pleaes wait" < note the typo

and http://192.168.0.96:8181/tos/#/ has a grey screen with spinning blue wheel, this has been like this for over 30 minutes now.

All lights on the NAS itself are green and fine.

please refresh the page, or check if your ip address has been changed. search again with the 5.0.27 TNAS PC client.

Hello,
I have reinstalled TOS5 2 times. That was the only way to fix the Emby installation.
What I can't seem to make it work is "Terra Photos".
After installation it took for ever to become "Enabled" but even then it does not work.
I can't create Public or Private Spaces. It does not give me any option.
Can't upload any photos.
It's unusable.
Does anyone knows how to fix "Terra Photos"? From a brand new installation and it does not work? Why it's even there?

When you click on the settings of Terra Photos, you will see which folder is your private folder, and which folder is your public folder now. you just need to upload your photos to these folders and enable the "media index" on Control panel on your TOS, then you can have your photos show in the app after the media index complete.
