F2-221 Hard Drive is missing

Hi,

I have a F2-221 model with 2 8TB HDD Toshiba NAS N300

I had a faulty HDD, which has been replaced and I've installed the new one.

However, I'm getting this error:


So this HDD and the other one are both working, according to HDD status, but it says "Hard Drive is missing".

I've rebooted the whole system more than once, reinstalled the OS completely (factory reset), exchanged HDDs from slots and I'm still getting the same error.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hello,
Did you build raid1 with the original two disks, and then replaced one of the damaged disks? If so, you need to click "Edit" and select "Repair Array" to synchronize the new disk with HDD1 and rebuild a complete raid1.
