my TNAS model is F4-223, I am unable to use remote access after updating to TOS 6, device registration done, remote access service enabled logged in, when i try to access with my TNAS id it display error not found.
even tnas.online shows id does not exist.

There is nothing not understand about a beta version, what I don't understand is that an "update" comes with "we cannot say what is new (or changed) because everything is new". That simple, this is not how you deliver an update (beta included). Maybe sometimes in extreme cases you may be totally lost in what impact some sh*t you did may have, even then you can come with some explanation so that your customers won't get under the impression that you totally lost the control of the project. Moreover, blaming customer for not understanding such a failure is insulting.

even tnas.online shows id does not exist.
at www.tnas.online when i enter newly register id after updating to TOS6.x.x420, it gives error "This id doesn't exist"
but when i enter old id at www.tnas.online it doesn't give id not exist error but shows to new white screen and first line says "Not Found"
this is my whole experience in last few days, please tell me how to rectify so I will be to use Remote Access.

You no longer need to manually select a server. The system will automatically choose the optimal route for you based on the current server load.
