Hi Guys,

I have an F2-210 and I have this problem: when I switch on the Nas, the 4 LEDs turned immediately on and with fixed green light.
So, you can find the NAS on you network and you can load any kind of TOS. You can't start with installation.

It's seem like a bricked Nas, but without any operation.
I can't also switch off by power button, I need to cut off age power supply directly.

The 4 leds are also green without HDDs inside. I tested the HDDs with F2-221 and they works well. So, I don't know ....

Can you help me?

any kind of hard reset is possible ?

May I know how long your F2-210 has been used? what TOS version was running in it? Before the issue happened, what did you do for the device? did you do any update? or try to install any other OS?
