I am currently looking to upgrade my current old NAS to a FS-221. I currently have two 4TB HGST Ultrastar DK7SAF400 Enterprise Hard Drives which i would like to transfer over to it once i purchase. I have looked at your compatibility list and these are not listed, could you please advise if these can be used in the FS-221 please.

It's suggested to use Seagate Ironwolf and WD Red HDDs in our TNAS. The HDDs which are not listed in our compatible sheet may have compatible issues such as slow performance and loud noise. By the way, what's the model number of your old NAS? The data will be erased during initialization when installed in our TNAS if it's not a TerraMaster NAS.
