I got my F4-210 in late Sept 2021. It died in mid-November 2022.
It sits on my desk, and I access the contents daily; that's all it does. Now it cannot be detected by TNAS PC, the contents are unavailable, and the device has, essentially, disappeared from existence.
I contacted Terra-Master support, did as instructed, then was informed that after-sales service might be able to give me a discount on a replacement. To replace an item barely over 1 year old.
I cannot express my disappointment. I'm not eager to purchase any more products from Terra-Master (Terribly Mediocre?).
