F5-422 Automatic Wake Up and Shutdown issues

So after telling me to contact support via email to receive a new BIOS that should solve the known wake up issue, Terramaster support just answered without any other explanation that my motherboard is too old to be updated ! I bought my product in march 2020 and it was a very new Terramaster product! Are you guys even working for the same company???

I have contacted technical support for my model (F2-422). Same model as yours but with fewer bays, and they have provided me with a BIOS. To my surprise, it is the same BIOS that they are giving to users of the other affected models. According to them the BIOS is compatible with this model but I honestly do not trust them since part of the instructions to flash the new BIOS refers to another model and you are writing the wrong model number in the BIOS.

Also, the support technicians here tell you one thing and from the support email they contradict it.
