Hi, since last weekend my F4-210 permanently shuts down und restarts after about 10 min. Then it is about 10 min online, then shuts down again.
When it is online, everything is ok, no errors, no messages....
What to do? The TNAS is about 1,5 years old.

I'm no Linux guru but if it gets onto the network and you can see your data, run apps etc, I'd say it's not really finished with all of it's boot up housekeeping. Either the boot USB has gotten corrupted or your TOS is.
My f2-221 was totally bricked until replacing the boot USB.

Please find the S/N at the bottom of the device and send to us.
It will be appreciated if you can take a small video to show us the rebooting issue.

The S/N is 191201688
I turned the TNAS completely off yesterday (also pulled out the power plug).
Now I plugged it in and started it again und till now it runs without problems ....
Maybe it needs some powerless time ....
I will watch them and write again when there's something new.
By the way, Is there any log in the web-GUI where I can see issues?

The system report would be generated at TOS - Technical support, you can send the report to us or you can check it yourself.

Hi, after about 1 h the error unfortunately reappers ....
I pulled out the power plug again and powered up the device this morning again.
Then I generated the system-log. Shall I send it to you to the email below or shall I post the log here?

You can send the system report and S/N to support, it will be appreciated if you can take a small video to show the rebooting issue too. A new replacement will be arranged for you.

First I wrote sometimes with a Meja from Terra-Master. She told me to send the NAS to the named address.
But for a few weeks I got no more answer, not even a read receipt .....
