Currently, the fan control from TerraMaster is not compatible with PWM, and shortly we don't have plan to modify current design.

Just to confirm, do you mean it's not compatible because:
a) Terra-Master has taken the PWM standard and re-arranged the pins with a non-PWM connector, or;
b) The fans in Terra-Master NASs are not using a PWM signal to control the speed.
