It did not work. To be honest nothing happened. I request a remote session on January 15th at 6.45 AM (Italian time). I've already arranged a return with Amazon but I have to confirm it by January 31st. If not confirmed I'm going to lose my money. I'd really like to have a replacement from you because this model is not available on Amazon anymore.
