[Help] D8 Hybrid Power on

Post by Salus »

My D8 Hybrid wasn't registering with my mini PC so I powered it off and now it won't power back on. One of the drives was throwing a lot of errors previously. The status lights were two orange one off and one green going from top to bottom. Now it does nothing, I tried removing all drives but I noticed that the power supply is flashing green, even when not plugged into the unit. When I plug it in the flash is slightly slower. Is this a bad power supply? I tried plugging it into a different outlet and same thing.

Which specific power indicator are you referring to: the one on the D8 device itself or the one on the power adapter? Based on the situation you described, we preliminarily suspect that the power adapter may be faulty. It is recommended that you try using a new power adapter to test whether the issue can be resolved.

Yeah it was a faulty power supply, ordered a new one and it's working fine now
