I just rebuilt my F4-223 from scratch but intend to apply Beta 7. Do I need to apply the updated ups module while it's still at TOS 6 or does the Beta version of 7 now include that updated UPS module?

No, the TOS 7 does not include the module and is different. I was advised not to apply the module to TOS7 because of revisions in TOS7 generally and the ups setup. You can see the difference in relevant file size between Tos6 patch and Tos7 standard. If already patched, the TOS7 update will override, so not an issue.

This patch is only applicable to TOS 6. TOS 7 does not need to update this patch.
