TOS5 - ssh locked out due to incorrect password attemps

How do I unlock the ssh lockout? I need to run a sh command for a nextcload app that wont download.

Your ssh login will be blocked after several auth verification fails. You need to stay at the ssh login page for 2 minutes to try again time, every try fails need to wait another 2 minutes.

It's been a day and it still says:
End of keyboard—interactive prompts from server
Access denied
Keyboard—interactive authentication prompts from server:
Account locked due to 15 failed logins

TOS version:
5.0.171-00221

Please make sure you have logged in with the correct super administrator account and password.
The super administrator is an account created during initialization.

It's the same user created during account initialization. Under Users -> Edit - > User_Group, it has a check-mark for admin although grayed out since it's the only user and no other user currently exists.

Remember to close the previous session, and start a new session, wait 2 minutes from the last fails.

I told you I waited a day and I am getting the same issue when I tried it again just now. The 2 minute wait thing isn't working.

Current TOS version: 5.0.171
BIOS/initBoot version: 5.19
Available update: Current system is the latest version

After clicking check for updates it says:

Current TOS version: 5.0.171
BIOS/initBoot version: 5.19
Available update: No update available
