Since TOS6 is ubuntu-based, i've seen that there's no internal TOS process to upgrade OS packages, but through SSH I can apt update && apt upgrade to upgrade installed deb packages.
Is it recommended to perform security updates on the OS layer or will it break something with TOS so it's better not to do anything?
Regards.

Re: Is apt-get upgrade recommended in TOS6? [SOLVED]
To ensure the system operates correctly, updates to packages that could potentially affect the OS's normal functioning are currently restricted and cannot be updated at this time. However, you are free to update other components as you see fit.
