Troubleshooting
Applicable models:D4-330、D5-300、D5-330、D8-330、D8-331、D16-330
1. When the RAID mode is in a degraded state, the PC or MAC can be accessed normally; if both the PC and the MAC cannot be accessed normally, it means that the RAID synchronization cannot be performed.
2. The new hard disk used for RAID synchronous restoration must be of the same brand, model and capacity as the faulty hard disk, otherwise RAID synchronization cannot be performed.
3. The RAID1 and RAID5 modes only allow one disk to be damaged. If two or more disks are damaged, the RAID synchronization cannot be performed.
4. RAID 6 mode only allows two damaged disks at most. If three or more disks are damaged, RAID synchronization cannot be performed.
5. RAID10 mode allows only 2 bad disks at most, if three or more disks are damaged, RAID synchronization cannot be performed. In the case of damaged two hard disks, if the damaged disk is a combination of HDD1/HDD3 or HDD2/HDD4, RAID synchronization can be performed; if it is a combination of HDD1/HDD2 or HDD3/HDD4, RAID synchronization cannot be performed.
RAID synchronization cannot be performed or RAID synchronization failed?
