RAID Manager pro software prompts you "Connection failure"?

Applicable models:
TerraMaster D4 Thunderbolt 3 (D4-330)
TerraMaster D5 Thunderbolt 3 (D5-330)
TerraMaster D8 Thunderbolt 3 (D8-330)

RAID Manager pro is a configuration tool for the hardware array controller of TerraMaster Thunderbolt 3 device. If you want to create a hardware array, you need to install RAID Manager on your computer.

A username and password are required to run RAID Manager Pro
Username: RAID
Default password: hpt
You can change your password once you log in.

If you have installed hard drives into TerraMaster Thunderbolt 3 device, but you can't create a disk RAID to your device and your got a prompt "Connection failure!" when you run RAID Manager pro on your computer, please try following solutions:

1. You may connect the TerraMaster Thunderbolt 3 device to a USB interface, please only connect the device to Thunderbolt 3 interface;
2. The RAID controller driver has not been installed on your computer, please download and install TerraMaster Thunderbolt 3 device; 3. Make sure you are using the original Thunderbolt 3 cable comes with the device, or only use the certified cable with Thunderbolt 3 mark; A poor quality or non-certified cable may lead to connection failure;
4. If you are a Windows 10 user, please check whether you have installed the Thunderbolt 3 interface driver on your computer. If not, please go to the official website of your computer manufacturer to download the driver or update the driver of the computer motherboard. If you fails do this, go to Intel's official website(https://downloadcenter.intel.com/downlo ... -Intel-NUC) to download Thunderbolt 3 interface driver provided by Intel;
5. After the Thunderbolt 3 driver installed, a Thunderbolt control software also installed on your computer. Find and open the Thunderbolt control software, approve the connected Thunderbolt device;
