Can't login with TNAS Mobile after TOS updated to 4.2.07?

Applicable model: all TNAS models.

Suitable TOS version: TOS4.2.07

Troubleshooting
After TOS updated to TOS4.2.07, cannot login with the same login credentials with TNAS Mobile and it prompts that wrong username or password. It's the same issue either within local LAN or from over the internet (with TNAS.online enabled).

If the login issue appeared after updating to the latest TOS4.2.07, please check the version number of your TNAS Mobile, TOS4.2.07 requires running the latest version of TNAS Mobile too which will be 2.4.4 for Android and 2.4.3 for iOS. Please try to uninstall TNAS Mobile, and reinstall the latest TNAS Mobile to see whether it’s ok.

Currently the version on Play is 2.4.5 (which is the same version available on the support page). When using either the manual download or the Play store download, I'm unable to log into the TNAS on either local or remote. The message is "The User name or Password is incorrect. Please try it again!"

I'm using a T-Mobile OnePlus 8 (model IN2017) on Oxygen OS 11.0.1.1.IN55CB (was previously running on version 10.5, probably 10.5.23.IN55CB, and updated just now. giving same results).

Additional info: I'm running TOS 4.2.08-2101111540 on an F4-210

Hello,
Can you log in with another account and password?
Can you log in when the password has no special symbols?
Have you saved the old version of TNAS mobile? You can try to uninstall TNAS mobile and install it again.

I have the same problem. The version of TOS 4.2.08-2101111540 on f4-210, the version of the application downloaded from your site TNAS Mobile-2.4.5 by link. I bought it yesterday and now I'm setting it up. I can't configure access through the app. Writes " Invalid username or password. Please try again."
