I have a f4 423 with tos 5 had nvme arround but dont work. The system does not see them. They were used on dell computers hynix i think is the model. One is 500gb and the other is 256. The 500 is micron. Like i said both dont work. Cant see then in bios or the os. Is there a reason why this has a small list of compatible drives?

Are you sure the drives are NVMe and not SATA? Both are available with an m.2 interface.

ADATA SU760 SSD (SATA, 256GB) works just fine in my F5-221 :)

...muss ich zwingend zwei SSD bei F4-423 einbauen, oder kann ich auch vorerst nur eine SSD als Cache einbauen?
Diese Antwort finde ich leider nirgends! Vielleicht kann mir jemand helfen ?

.... schade, das keine Antwort kommt. Fühle mich wegen Support gerade von Terramaster etwas alleine gelassen? Oder bin ich der Einzigste hie im Forum? Wenn falsch hier, bitte mal ein MOD dieses ins richtige Abteil verschieben, danke!

Sabrent Rocket NVMe 4.0 worked in the F4-423.

Put 2x 1tb in, and they were detected fine. Still building them into pool.

Habe zwei Crucial PCI 3.0 NVME M.2 SSD jeweils 1 TB verbaut. Gehen auch!
Und noch 8 GB Ram von Terramaster! Terramaster F4-423!
