Cause Analysis:
When you confirm that you have the account and it has not been disabled, even your account is the admin account, the login interface prompts "Your account has been disabled! Please contact your system administrator".
This is a user configuration issue in one of the older versions.
Solution:
Please follow the instructions below to fix it:
1.Download and unzip the compressed package: https://dl.terra-master.com/cn/TOS_4.2. ... .class.zip
2.Upload or copy the decompressed user.class.php configuration file to TOS under "public/"
3.Enable the ssh service, log in to the SSH terminal?
4.Execute the following command to replace the wrong user.class.php file:
