how would i drag stuff from the terrmaster nas to a 12tb externa hardrive i have connected to it via its rear usb 3 port

i wan to get all my stuff off this nas so i can scrap it

ive spent weeks trying to fix it and getting up early to let the makes connect to my pc only for them to have no clue at all

i was told if i bought cheap id end up buying twice so ill dump this nas and buy a synologhy or Qnap

You can install an app called USB Copy, this app will help a lot to move your data from nas to your external hdd.

as a one off thing you can just use the built in file manager and copy and paste from a shared folder on the nas to a folder on the USB share

there is no need to install extra software
