BTW, I do want to keep TOS updated, just with everything I've read, I'm very reluctant to. I use my NAS primarily for Plex so it's hard to justify upgrading if I'm going to loose this ability.

If you have installed the 4.2.13 TOS system, you cannot install 4.2.09. Only one system can be run.

Refresh the browser (or change the Google browser to try to update), check whether the update package is ARM models.

So if I want to downgrade, I'd have to follow method 2, then upgrade to the version I want to be on?

I have to change the hard disk in terramaster F5-221 where TOS is installed because I have run out of space, I have followed the instructions and when I go to point 7 and I give it to update and restore it restarts but it does not start, it only appears on the screen cannot touch /tmp/databack/complete : no such file or directory.

Can you please help me

Thank you

Hello,
I followed the process: started without any HD, once connected to the web intrerface I inserted the disk and got the prompt to "Initialize"
Everything is working, but I can't see my old partitions with data. The System reports the space as used but I can't access it.
How can I recover the partitions? I can't lose that data, it's important.

Thanks in advance
