Hello,
Can you boot up without any hard disk and use Putty or other tools to log in using SSH protocol after waiting some time?

I have an F4-210 unit and apparently, I'm another affected unit/user.

I tried DL'ing the image file on page 1 and attempted to install it twice following the directions and NOTHING....giving it much more than 15 minutes and the unit is still on. I can't login through the TNAS app nor TOS but since removing all 4 drives it DOES find the unit now.

Any other remedies to try???

(I emailed through the TNAS-PC APP, hoping it reaches the correct people for a fix???)

I've been sending and receiving emails with technical support for the past 3 days... but nothing is fixed..
My tech team answer once per day only 2 am eastern time.

I know it's a 2-year warranty on F4-210 .. It's been 14 months since I bought it from Amazon. Is it possible to return or exchange it to Amazon?

I can not stay with our NAS or i need new one..
I say amazon UK.. they sell USB can i purchase ?

Me too!! Having all kinds of issues. Would like to return for full refund, as per warranty!

Please advise how to do this.
