For admin user and common user:
If you forgot your username you are not able to reset it. If you forgot your password, you can click "Forgot password" on the TOS login page, enter your username and security email to reset the password with the verification code. If you are a common user, you can contact the admin user to reset a new username or password for you.

Can't receive verification code?
If you are an admin user, but you did not set a security mail address or you fail to receive the verification code, the only way you can reset your password is to re-install the TOS.

If you do not receive the verification code email and you have confirmed that the security email address is correct, please try restarting the TNAS. If restarting does not resolve the issue, your TNAS may be unable to connect to the internet or the email server for some unknown reason. Unfortunately, in this case, you may have no choice but to reset the TOS.

The 'Forgot Password' option can be seen on the login page of TOS Desktop.
