Internet works fine (qbittorrent downloads files).
DNS changes have been tried.
Also tried VPN (VPN French).
Application list is empty.
Seems to be a problem only with new NAS customers, old users are fine.
I'm attaching a couple of screenshots with and without VPN.

not only from Russia, im from Poland and have this issues too. Btw im new user, and configured my f2 210 first time.

Email that support address in their signature. They'll coordinate with you for an optimal time to do the remote session.

Another way to get a hold of them is through the live chat on Terra-Master.com, when they are available.
