How to access your TNAS when the obtained IP address is started as 169.XXX.XXX.XX?

Applicable models: all TNAS models.

Troubleshooting
The obtained IP address of TNAS would be 169.168.xxx.xx when there is no DHCP server in your network. Your TNAS could be detected but could not be accessed when the TNAS IP address is 169.xxx.xxx.xx.

Instructions:
1. Enable the DHCP feature on your Router and then run TNAS PC to search again. It will ask you to change the IP address when clicking Login, the default password for changing IP address is admin for X86 models and Admin123 for ARM models.
2. Connect your TNAS to your computer directly using the ethernet cable and then:
2.1 Right click the Network icon at the right corner on your PC's desktop, and check Open Network and Sharing Center;
