Re: High CPU Usage by minimediad
Is your device model F4-220 instead of F4-210?
This process is the process of multimedia services. Are you using other software to play or scan multimedia files on TNAS?
Will it last 100% or will it decrease over time?
If you are not using the multimedia service CPU for continuous 100%, please contact our support team.

Re: High CPU Usage by minimediad
@TMRyan: My device is indeed F4-220.
@Sianderson :I uninstalled the DLNA server but can still can see the process.
I do have plex server installed though.
it does not decrease over time.
One of the cores is constantly over 90% and overall system usage around 50%.

The DLNA server was still installed, I uninstalled the Multimedia server.
CPU is now at 9-10%
Many Thanks for all the help.
