Hello,
I hope someone can point me in the right direction. When I am looking at the TOS6 Dashboard all the temperatures are set to Celsius. How can I change this to Fahrenheit?

Sorry, the dashboard of TOS6 can only display degrees Celsius. You can view Fahrenheit in Control Panel - System Information.
