F5-221 GUI icon Update&Recovery disappear

Hi all,

I can't see GUI option Update& recovery under General settings.
Model F5-221
TOS version: 4.2.09

If I use Search option this appear : "An error occurred in the application. Please uninstall it and install it again!"
I download System report if need

Would you be able to help me anybody?

Yes, please see the screenshots attached (missing Update&Recovery and also the error when I try search in settings for Update&Recovery )
I can't attached the system report, unfortunately.

Would you help me, how to upgrade the system to higher version?

Hi, you can try refreshing the browser cache or restart TNAS to see if the problem still exists?
And please go to "Technical Support - Issues Report" to generate a log and send it to our support mail.

Hi

I clean the cache of browsers few times.
I uses Chrome/Firefox/Opera web browsers with last updates.
Also, I reboot TNAS with GUI browser soft reboot a few times.

Nothing help.

I 'll generate the system report log and send to suppor(at)terra-master.com

It's strange, because was there last week.
Only one action I did, I upgraded EMBY server.

Also I try to uninstall EMBY server, reboot TNAS, but no success.
