No applications available

2 days ago im turned on mine new TerraMaster F2-210, everything is working, except applications. Im read all themes about this problem at forum and trying everything. My TNAS is connected to the Internet and the network settings are correct. Yesterday im texting to support twice and still nothing. When in the end I can use my TNAS? Can any one help me?

the only time ive seen no applications is when my nas unit doesnt have internet

its like it needs internet to see the list rather than it being a local list and then syncs with an internet source

i know you say its connected to the internet but i'm guessing theres something not quite right
