Re: Bug: Clam Antivirus UI doesn't tell if properly updated
I have the same problem.
Re: Bug: Clam Antivirus UI doesn't tell if properly updated
Copying libcalmav.so.9, libclamav.so.9.0.4, libfreshclam.so.2, libfreshclam.so.2.0.0, libmspack.so.0, libmspack.so.0.1.0 from /mnt/md0/application/lib to /lib fixed it for me, but I think there is a problem in the configuration of the clam av application.
Re: Bug: Clam Antivirus UI doesn't tell if properly updated
The problem of the virus database error is related to the new version of the system. It is not compatible, but it does not affect the scanning and use of Clam AV.

Re: Bug: Clam Antivirus UI doesn't tell if properly updated
I am also having this issue. I followed Toxster's instruction's and am no longer getting the error. When I try running a scan I never see the results of the scan. I have also logged in via ssh and running a scan that way but it doesn't seem to work. I used the command clamscan -rv /
I have also tried scanning an individual file and it seems like it take hangs until I ctrl C.
I would definitely like to make sure ClamAV works after being hit with the Freakout Botnet. I would like to be sure there are no traces of it left. WARNING to other users: If you haven't upgraded to the latest TOS you should do so to protect the NAS from this Botnet: https://www.securityweek.com/new-freako ... ces-botnet
