free video streaming server

Is there a free video streaming server for TOS, except the Plex which is paid on iOS?
For example, like a VLC Streamer?

i use the emby server and works for us very good.
i got the premium one (payed) because we use some extras

Unfortunately, the Emby is not free, even on the most basic features, it has only 1 minute of free broadcasting on iOS, just like Plex.
