Hello,
I've purchased the D5-300 and installed 5 4TB Western Digital NAS Drives. It is plugged into a USB3.1 Gen 2 port on my Windows 10 machine. The set-up went well and it's appearing as a mapped drive with 15TB of space as to be expected. However, I'm only getting 10MBps upload speed.
A couple of questions:
Is the RAID currently initializing?
Is there a way to check it's current status if it is initializing?
The RAID Manager isn't presenting much information other than it's a RAID device with 5 drives so I'm a little lost as to what might be going on behind the scenes.
Thanks so much!

Re: New user. D5-300 getting 10MBps upload speed.
Switching USB ports has fixed the issue. I can't imagine it was because it was in a USB 3.1 Gen 2 port, so I imagine I'm having some driver issues. I will look into that separately, but the RAID is running at good speeds now.
