Hi,

I have a new D5-300c with M70q gen2 thinkcentre by lenovo running windows 11.
There are different WD & Seagate NAS drives in the drive bays in a single disk setu[. When trying to copy / make file mods windows starts putting the specific drive being accessed in offline mode, part hangs etc.. and only we to get access back is to restart and quickly the problem starts again.

On a different machine with windows 10, all works fine.

Running 22H2 latest version, all drivers upto that.

Anyone aware of compatibility issues at present? Have a raised a ticket as well

Try to go to the computer official website to download the correct USB driver and install it.

If have had Lenovo change the mainboard (dont’ think it was necessary) the machine is fully checked over in their depot and has a full clean bill of health. However the DAS still does not work. Is this a case of the D5-300c having an issue? This device is brand new (bought less than a month ago). Any advice TerraMaster?

How many hard disks do you have in your D5-300C? Do you have the same problem when reading and writing each hard disk or array?
This is unlikely to be a TDAS problem, because according to your test, your other win10 computer can use TDAS normally.

Have tried it with 2,3 and 4.
Using it in Single disk and not as RAID. My pc has been fully checked over by Lenovo, and there is no fault on it.
So am concerned it is the D5-300C
