Hello!
I have D5-300 device.
I just configured 3 HDD in RAID-5 and the other 2 in RAID-0.
Then i see in the FAQ that i can't have two groups of raid ( https://www.terra-master.com/uk/faq/cat ... l/?id=4352 ). So, did i make it wrong?
My current configuration in as above:
Thank you,
Best regards.

Re: D5-300 question regardings raids
Thank you TMroy!
I have another answer: I don't expect it can be done, but I ask it anyway (if it can be done, it would be great!)
Can i have multiple instance of configurations? For example: after make a configuration with some HDDs (like the before raid5 + raid0), can i have another set of HDDs with different configuration (ex. RAID0 or RAID1 or RAID5) with different HDDs?
Sorry if I explained myself badly. Ill make an example:
Now i have 5 hdds: A, B, C, D, E.
{A, B, C} = RAID 5
{D, E} = RAID 0
Can I now insert F, G, H, I, J hdds like below?
{F, G} = Raid x
{H, I, J} = Raid y
And then, if I re-insert A, B, C, D, E HDDs, will i be able to read the original data? (A, B, C, D, E RAID 5 + RAID 0)?
I imagine i can make that only if all the info are stored in HDDs and not in device.
Thank you!
Best Regards.

Re: D5-300 question regardings raids
No, you can not do this. The RAID configuration not only for your drives, but also stored in the RAID controller.
