D5-300: Windows does not regognize the hardware - firmware

Hi,

I had to replace my D5-300 by an Orico because from day to another it did not recognize the disks. It seem that the device entered in a loop trying to get the info from the disk with no success. I just plugged the disks into the new TDAS Orico and all them worked perfectly so the problem does not fall down the disks but D5-300. Is there a firmware for D5-300 or any other thing I could do? I owuld like to use again my D5-300 that just worked for 1 year...Now windows dos not regoznize the device.
