Hi

I have D4-310 USB3.0 Type C since 2017. Since the beginning it was working with 2disks.
Recently I've added 2 more disks. All of them in RAID 1.
Everything was working fine for months, but when I wanted to use it last time it started to reboot after few seconds.
I tried different USB ports.
What I noticed it works when 2 disks are removed (doesn't matter which bank).
Power issue?

All disks are the same Toshiba P300 3TB

Any ideas?

It's possible that the power adapter could not work with 4 HDDs now. Since your product is out of warranty now, it's suggest to purchase a new original power supply from TerraMaster at Amazon.
