unable to open Raid Manager on Macbook Pro

Please help I am unable to open Raid Manager on Macbook Pro running Monterey version 12.6.2
The drives take forever to save files. I think a drive has failed but I have no way to get in and see.
5 drives are set up in Raid 5 configuration I believe.
:(
When I try to open Raid Manager I get a pop-up saying, Raid Manager app wants to make changes, enter your password, which I do, but it fails.

Please help. It takes forever to edit images.
