Ok, I will summarize as best as I can:

Updated to Monterey 12.3.1

Got the prompt from apple saying a system extension from highpoint will no longer work with future OS

Went into system report, then extensions to check if the Highpoint driver is loaded , and it is not. Restarted computer and it still won't load.

Im running a D5 with 40 TB of storage. It is mounting fine, and seems to operate ok so far.

I need to know if this is an issue. So far no problems besides the extension not loading, but its only been 10 minutes.

Would appreciate advice on what to do next.

If your system is upgraded from an older version to 12.X, you need to follow the product's quick installation guide again to install and use the RAID driver.
