Is the TD2 Thunderbold3 Plus usable on linux?

Hi there,
I see my linux (raspian) regonizes some new hardware when I plug the drive via a USBC-USBA adapter. The adapter works on my Mac, so I think that is not a problem. Still when I connect the TD2 to my linux box I do not get to see the devices in neither `parted` `print devices` nor `fdisk -l`. I am quite sure these commands should display the list of available devices, but nothing comes out.
Any success on using the TD2 Thunderbolt Plus on linux?
Maybe I need a driver for it?
Best
Roberto
