I went to the following link (https://support.terra-master.com/downlo ... underbolt3), downloaded both (RAID driver and RAID Manager pro - both Mac versions) and installed.
When I run RAID Manager Pro it says "Connection Failure" and also "The connection between APP and RAID HBA has been interruptted, APP will try to reconnect RAID HBA". The iMac can not now read the 4 SSDs (2 in RAID 0 and 2 in RAID 1). This only seemed to happen when I installed the RAID driver.
I've restarted my machine and I'm getting the same thing again.Nervous that I might have lost everything. Any solutions?
For clarification I'm using a later 2015 iMac running the latest version of Big Sur. I have the 5 bay Thunderbolt 3 DAS.

Re: iMac can't see Drives after Firmware Update
Hi,
1.D5 Thunderbolt 3 is a PC external device that does not support USB protocol connection. It can only be connected to the PC Thunderbolt 3 interface. Please check if the wiring is right.

All seems to be working now. I hadn't approved the new update within Big Sur.
