When Will M1 computers work with the D5?

Do we have confirmation from the Dev team about D5 being supported for M1??? I have just sold my Intel Macs and am now sitting on $2500 dollar worth of 50TB I can not access. Will Terra-master be willing to give me a refund for the enclosure? Can we at least get an answer as to wether or not the D5 will EVER work with M1??? If so can we get a timeline??? If OWC is keeping their customers updated, why isn't terra master???
