large file copy fail to terramaster D2 with ssd

Hello I have a problem with copying large files to a terra master D2 thunderbolt, It has two samsung 4TB EVO SSD in raid 1 configuration, operating system is macOS (12.6.5) tried to copy a 512GB library file several times but is fails , copying stops every time at around 107 Gb with comment that the file already exists. smaller files are no probleem .What to do here ?

It is difficult to guess the specific reason, maybe you can try to control the variable first.
You can copy the data to other devices to see if there are similar problems.
Or you can use other computers to transfer the same data into D2with SSD to see if there is a similar situation.

Make sure there is sufficient space on the TerraMaster D2 Thunderbolt device for the 512GB library file. Make sure the amount of storage space on the device is larger than the size of the file you are attempting to copy.

Verify whether your TerraMaster D2 Thunderbolt device has any firmware or driver upgrades available. Compatibility problems and known defects that may impact file transfers can occasionally be fixed by updating the firmware and drivers.
