large file copy fail to terramaster D2 with ssd

Hello I have a problem with copying large files to a terra master D2 thunderbolt, It has two samsung 4TB EVO SSD in raid 1 configuration, operating system is macOS (12.6.5) tried to copy a 512GB library file several times but is fails , copying stops every time at around 107 Gb with comment that the file already exists. smaller files are no probleem .What to do here ?

It is difficult to guess the specific reason, maybe you can try to control the variable first.
You can copy the data to other devices to see if there are similar problems.
Or you can use other computers to transfer the same data into D2with SSD to see if there is a similar situation.

Make sure that the file system format on the TerraMaster device (probably exFAT or HFS+) is compatible with macOS. If it's exFAT, it should work with macOS, but if it's formatted with a different file system, you might need to reformat it to a compatible one.
