Customer service will be slightly delayed than usual

Dear TerraMaster Community,
Due to the sudden outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic in our area, most of the company's employees were infected and could not work as usual. In the coming short period of time, many jobs will be seriously affected, including but not limited to customer service, technical support, bug verification, new product releases, and software updates.
We are working hard to try various countermeasures to overcome the current difficulties and strive not to cause inconvenience to the majority of users. We are very sorry for this and thank you for your support!
