Notice of Ending Technical Support and Maintenance

The following products have been on the market for more than 7 years, and it has been 4 years since the products were discontinued. The hardware configuration of these products can no longer meet the latest system requirements. Meanwhile, spare parts are no longer available to provide users with maintenance services. Therefore, the technical support and maintenance services for these products will end on December 31, 2019.

The product models involved are: F2-NAS, F2-NAS 2, F4-NAS, F2-C20

What does end of technical support and maintenance services mean?

Once technical support and maintenance services end
1. The applications and systems will no longer be updated;
2. System compatibility as well as failure consultation and services will be terminated;
3. The after-sales service of the product will be terminated;

What should I do after the technical support and maintenance services ending?

Due to the risk of data loss resulted from equipment failure, we recommend that you back up your data as soon as possible, and in order to enjoy more powerful performance and richer features, we also recommend to replace your device with a new model. TerraMaster provides customers with old-for-new services, and the old products can deduct part of the cost for replacing new models.

Replacement options:
F2-NAS 2 can be replaced with F2-221
