How to get answers as soon as possible?

Dear TerraMaster users,

In order to allow others to quickly understand and answer your questions, please describ your usage environment and method of problem reproduction when you ask or describe a problem. For example, your model number, TOS version, what hard drive your have installed, what kind of RAID you set, which app you have installed, which computer OS and third party application you are using, how to reproduce your issue, what solution you have tried.

Only simple words like "my NAS does not work", " my backup failed", "the TOS not more acccessable", is not enough for a proper and quick answer.
